We are looking for US IT Recruiter/Technical Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition for location City Centre, Office Block Matigara Siliguri. We are looking for candidate with good communication skill in English. He/She should have the knowledge of Basic computer. It’s a night Shift Job so candidate must be comfortable working in night shift. The ability to multitask and prioritize at any given time would definitely grab our attention. Candidates looking for a long-term stint would be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for handling IT and non-IT requirements from US-based clients.

Sourcing from various Job Portals and social networking sites like Monster, Indeed LinkedIn, etc.

Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

Conduct initial screenings, and reference checks, negotiate pay rate, and relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.

Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.

Take end-to-end interview responsibility till the offer letter is released for the selected candidate.

Working time: 7:30 PM 4:30 AM (fixed).

Working days: Monday-Friday (fixed)
