We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team and implement various human resources programs. You should have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. Key responsibility area:

 

Responsible for the human resources needs and implementation of best practices to support the achievement of corporate business objectives and Performs administrative, strategic, and planning duties.

Responsible to run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

 

  • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Conducting employee onboarding and helping plan training & development.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Undertake tasks around performance management.
  • Gather and Analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's /Master's degree with Human resource Specialization.
  • 4+ years of experience required in the HR Executive domain.
  • Experience working with HRIS Application systems.
  • Experience in resolving complex employee relations issues.

 

Required Skill:

  • Proven experience as an HR Executive.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Should be willing to work in NIGHT SHIFT (Our Office time is 6 pm - 3 am IST).
  • Additional HR training will be a plus.
