Job Description:

• Our small, fast-paced teams are responsible for creating innovative software that enhances the experiences of both our internal and external clients.
• Our teams build apps that enable the application of the tools of modern data science to commercial real estate in order to analyze and forecast market fundamentals across geographies and property types.
• These forecasts provide insight as clients evaluate the risks and opportunities that market changes may represent for their investment portfolios.

• Translates concepts and requirements into an end-to-end user experience and chooses the appropriate medium and fidelity for effective communication. Builds frameworks to support a fast-paced, growing organization: style guides, workflows, collaboration tools, etc.
• Builds interactive prototypes to test ideas and communicate them internally and externally. Iterate quickly and explore multiple solutions for a given problem.
• Provides design mentorship to other designers on the team. Performs usability tests to validate your designs with customers.
• Creates high fidelity design specifications and collaborate with engineers to deliver products to market.
• Your responsibilities will also include designing and building code prototypes to help our users successfully navigate our suite of web applications.
• You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, that includes Software Engineers and Product Managers, to create highly functional software applications for web, desktop and mobile.

 

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in HCI, Computer Science, Design, or related.

EXPERIENCE: 3+ Years

NICE TO HAVE: Experience with data discovery design, and Prototype skills including Html, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript libraries is a big plus
